    Ashley is the Owner of Vibrant Journey Counseling. She is EMDR Certified and an EMDR Consultant.

    Clinical Director- Mehik Malik (She/Her), MA, LPC, EMDR-t

    Mehik is an experienced, emphatic, and culturally competent therapist who enjoys working with adults and adolescents. She specializes in treating those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, anger issues, and self-worth/self-esteem issues. Mehik will help you navigate difficult life transitions and believes in meeting you where you are on your journey. Mehik is also EMDR trained!

    Sara works with children, adolescents, and adults. She is EMDR trained for working with Individuals who have experienced trauma. She specializes in working with family members of autistic individuals or other neurodivergent superpowers. Sara is excited to meet you!

    Sara sees clients virtually in all of Texas, Florida, and Colorado.

It is important to Katie that she walks together with clients on a journey to achieve the life they wish to live.

    Katie specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns for individuals and couples using CBT, Gottman Method, and EFT approaches. Her warm and collaborative style focuses on creating a safe, trauma-informed space where clients can achieve healing, improved communication, and meaningful change.

    Rachel provides virtual therapy for couples and individuals focused on relationships, intimacy, identity, and neurodivergence. Her approach is sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and inclusive of non-monogamous, polyamorous, and sex worker communities.

    Esteban works with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. Esteban is an avid ally for the LGBTQIA+ community, and he also enjoys working with young adults who are experiencing life transitions. Esteban offers therapy in English and Spanish.

    Sarah works with preteens, teens, and adults. Being adopted herself, she has a desire to work with clients who have been adopted, parents who are thinking about adopting or going through the adoption process, or couples thinking about having children. She also focused on working with adults who have been through traumatic events of sexual and physical violence, abuse, neglect, and learning disabilities. She also focuses on people who struggle with chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and genetic disorders.
