You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re looking for inclusive, affirming care that honors your lived experience and supports real, sustainable growth, I’d be honored to work with you.

I provide virtual therapy for adults and couples across Texas, supporting clients as they navigate relationships, intimacy, identity, and connection. My approach is sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and explicitly supportive of sex workers and other marginalized communities. I strive to create a therapeutic space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are—one grounded in respect, curiosity, and nonjudgmental care.

I specialize in couples and relationship therapy, sex therapy, and intimacy concerns. Many of the individuals and couples I work with are navigating communication challenges, mismatched desire, shame around sexuality, identity exploration, or alternative relationship structures that fall outside the “norm.” I support clients in strengthening emotional and physical connection, improving communication, and creating relationships that feel authentic and aligned with their values.

I also assist individuals and couples in navigating the impact of ADHD, Autism, and OCD within relationship dynamics. This may include differences in communication styles, emotional regulation, sensory needs, desire and intimacy, or the ways routines, anxiety, and executive functioning show up in partnerships. My work in this area is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than pathology.

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I work with queer individuals and couples across a wide range of identities and relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships. I am also a sex worker–affirming therapist and am deeply committed to providing stigma-free, affirming care for clients whose work or identities are often misunderstood or marginalized.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest. I value authenticity, warmth, and humor in the therapy space, and I aim to meet each client where they are—whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or exploring deeper questions about yourself and your relationships.

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me at the gym, playing backgammon, or watching an impressive amount of reality television. I enjoy warmer weather, but my favorite time of year is college football season. GO Dawgs!
