The Women’s Empowerment Group at Vibrant Journey Counseling is a virtual group for adult women in Texas who want to connect, grow, and strengthen their personal and professional lives. This closed group provides a supportive and safe environment where women can explore topics that matter most to them.

What We Focus On

Each term, the group covers a variety of empowering topics, including:

• Boundaries and self-worth

• Relationships and communication

• Stress management and resilience

• Sexuality and identity

• Workplace challenges and career growth

The curriculum is designed to help women gain confidence, share experiences, and learn practical tools to navigate life with empowerment and authenticity.

Schedule & Terms

The group meets virtually on Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM. We accept new group members 3 times per year:

• Summer: Reach out in May

• Fall: Reach out to join in September

• Winter/Spring: Reach out to join in January

Cost

Sessions are $30 per meeting, charged on the day of the session.
